End of a long day
Satomi was transferred into the ICU at 8:00pm and was in a small bit of pain; It was being managed with drugs. She was connected to every sort of machine I could imagine-tubing and cables everywhere. All signs are that there is no brain damage.
We had visitors too. Her Mom, Sisters, and best friend came by to check up on her. It was nice for the group to get together and hang a bit. Talk of anything besides cancer is a welcomed treat. All of the women commented that she looked quite well given the situation. Except for the funny hat that is.
She is on a liquid only diet until tomorrow (hopefully) so talk of food was restricted. We talked of the day to come and when I would return. She needed to sleep so I tucked her in for the night.
Good night my dear. I’ll see you in the morning.
Sean,
We are lifting Satomi up in prayer as well as you and your family. She is a strong woman. I appreciate you keeping us informed about the situation so we know what to pray for.
You did a great job, Sean. You’re still doing great. Hang in there.
Sweet Jesus,
outpatient is behind you and supporting you all the way. Our prayers and love are with you and the family always. If there is anything I can do please just ask.Seems God has blessed you with a wonderful husband…
My blessing for you and the family..
